We begin by gathering together in a relaxed atmosphere, connecting with nature and the energy of the full moon. Guided by a professional yoga instructor, you’ll enjoy a gentle yoga session suitable for all levels, focused on movement, breath, and deep relaxation.

While the yoga session flows, chef Sara prepares a fresh local-inspired dinner using seasonal ingredients and Mediterranean flavors. After yoga, guests gather around to enjoy a beautifully prepared meal accompanied by selected wine, natural juices, and a homemade dessert.
