First, we will share a story about our historic neighborhood. Many years ago, this area was a famous stop on the Spice Route, where traders brought special goods from all over the world. The smell of spices is still in the air from the nearby Spice Bazaar. Today, you will work with another special treasure: cacao.

Our expert chocolate maker will guide you with easy, step-by-step instructions. You will learn the secret of making chocolate from the cacao bean. We will show you how to get that perfect, glossy snap in your chocolate. Then, you can be creative and decorate your own special bars. It is a fun and relaxing activity, and you do not need any experience to join.
