We begin our journey in the lovely village of Santa Gertrudis, a real treasure set in the center of Ibiza. As we wander through its scenic streets, you’ll notice a charming mix of traditional island heritage and a relaxed, bohemian vibe. At the heart of the village lies a central square, where a striking white church is encircled by buzzing cafés, unique artisan shops, and galleries featuring local artwork. Santa Eulalia del Rio
