Start your day in Hydroelectric, where our transportation will be waiting for you upon arrival. We will head to Huacayupana for an authentic coffee experience with a local farmer. You will visit the plantations, learn about the area’s coffee varieties, and discover—step by step—the cultivation, harvest, and production process of this iconic Cusco product. Then, enjoy a coffee tasting and a home-cooked local lunch, perfect for recharging your energy.
In the afternoon, we continue along a lesser-known ancient Inca trail, crossing unique high-jungle landscapes and connecting with the route’s history. To end the day on a high note, we will visit the Cocalmayo hot springs—an ideal natural setting to unwind in warm waters before returning to the Hydroelectric station.
