Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a handmade welcome drink and time to relax . Next, you’ll tour the garden, where you can harvest seasonal vegetables and see edible herbs growing nearby. Your hosts will explain how these ingredients are used in everyday Japanese cooking and how the seasons influence what people eat. Using freshly harvested ingredients, you’ll prepare your meal together. The menu is arranged in advance based on your preferences, and vegan options are available. The highlight is real Japanese home cooking, including ichiju‑sansai, a traditional meal of rice, soup, and three small dishes. You can also choose well‑known dishes such as okonomiyaki, gyoza, sushi, or bento. Once the cooking is finished, everyone sits down to enjoy the meal together. Afterward, you can take a relaxed walk around the property or chat with the family and enjoy the peaceful rural atmosphere.
