Your experience begins the moment you arrive. You'll be welcomed into a calm, plant-filled studio in São Paulo — a chance to settle in, meet your fellow guests, and ease into the space.

We'll start with a short introduction to the plants we're working with — native Brazilian herbs and botanicals, each with their own story and traditional uses. You'll explore their aromas, textures, and characteristics, and learn how different plants appear in everyday botanical traditions around rest, focus, and daily balance.
Then we get our hands in it. Together we'll craft oxymels — traditional botanical preparations made with honey and vinegar — using a technique that connects Caribbean herbal practice with Brazilian plant knowledge. Every step is guided, unhurried, and clearly explained.

Before we close, we'll observe the finished product and reflect on the process. You'll leave with your own handcrafted keepsake — and the knowledge to recreate it at home.
