This is a simple and authentic cultural experience focused on local food traditions, sustainability, and everyday life in Vietnam.

Begin your experience by meeting your guide at Xuan Trach Village Cultural Center - Google Maps link is pinned down below.

Step into the home of one of the last families making tofu the traditional way.

Watch, learn, and even join in each careful stage of the tofu-making process, from soaked soybeans to finished product. See how nothing goes to waste, with even the by-products put to good use. Have a warm, personal Q&A with the tofu makers (with translation support).

Finish with a rustic breakfast or early lunch of freshly made tofu and bun noodles.
