• Transfer to Dong Quang Pagoda, a spiritual sanctuary to which tens of thousands of Buddhists have returned.
• Have vegetarian lunch
Afternoon:
• Meditation session
• Doing volunteer work.
• Vegetarian dinner and washing the dishes
Evening:
• Chanting
• Reading books
• Wholesome seed - Prostration to Buddha Meditation & go to sleep.
DAY 2 – BUDDHIST WISDOM - MONASTIC LIFE (B, L, D)
Morning:
• Meditation & Chanting
• Breath work: Qigong & peace in every step
• Breakfast & Doing volunteer work
• Buddhist wisdom - understanding of the mind
• Grateful meal - Vegetarian lunch.
Afternoon:
• Enlightening mindful Odyssey - Meditation session
• Countless blessing – doing gardening, picking vegetables, cooking..
• Vegetarian dinner
• Washing the dishes
Evening:
• Golden lessons - Chanting
• Mindful journey - Reading books
• Enlightened seed - Prostration to Buddha
• Meditation & sleep
DAY 3: SLOW LIVING - DEPARTURE (B, L)
Morning:
• Meditation & Chanting
• Breath work: Qigong & walking meditation
• Breakfast & Doing volunteer work
• The art of touching happiness
• Grateful meal - Vegetarian lunch - departure
