Self Drive to Adventure Park
Drive yourself to the Adventure Park:
The best all day adventure combo on Rincon de la Vieja Volcano that includes ziplining, river tubing, full lunch, hot springs, and volcanic mud bath.
Ziplining
The course takes you into a steep canyon where you will go down 8 zip line cables, 18 platforms, a rock climbing wall, a hanging bridge, rappel, and a tarzan swing! (wall, rappel & swing optional)
River Tubing - You will have the time of your life bouncing down Rio Negro’s crystal clear and fun rapids in your individual rafting “tube” for over 5 kilometers. Children ages 4–7 can participate in all activities except tubing. One adult must stay behind with the child during the tubing portion.
Lunch includes a salad bar, many choices of entrees and sides, dessert bar, fresh juice, coffee and tea. All dietary resctrictions can be accommodated
After lunch you will driven to the Hot Springs & Mud Bath. Surrounded by tropical dry forest, the Río Negro Hot Springs feature ten pools with waters heated naturally by the Rincón de la Vieja Volcano

- You must have a reasonable level of fitness and be able to walk in unpaved or uneven terrain. A moderate amount of walking is involved
- Minimum age for tubing is 8 years old. Children ages 4–7 can participate in all activities except tubing. One adult must stay behind with the child during this portion.
- You must be able to climb and descend stairs.
- If you have back, neck, joint, or muscular problems, you should carefully consider whether to participate.
- This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
- Roundtrip transportation is available from all hotels, condos, and houses in Pinilla, Langosta, Tamarindo, Grande, Brasilito, Conchal, Flamingo, Potrero, RIU Hotels, Ocotal, Playas del Coco, Playa Hermosa, Playa Panama and Liberia
- You must weigh less than 300 pounds (136 kg) to participate in the Ziplining.
