It is mandatory to provide the full name, date of birth, nationality, and ID details for each participant at the time of booking. This information is required in advance to obtain permission to enter the Alhambra.
Failure to submit all requested details may result in denial of access to the monument, regardless of the tour guide.
All participants must carry their passport or ID card during the visit. Alhambra staff may request to see it at any time, and entry will be refused without proper identification.
Please note, this tour is not available on December 25th or January 1st.
Arrive at the meeting point at least 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled tour start time.
The tour is conducted simultaneously in Spanish and English.
Certain areas of the Alhambra are not wheelchair accessible. An alternative itinerary is provided for guests with limited mobility.
The Nasrid Palaces are not included in this tour.
Visitors typically receive their final tickets or vouchers by email 3 to 5 days prior to the tour date.
