Know before you book

  • This tour includes stair climbing at Arakurayama Sengen Park. Visibility of Mt. Fuji depends on the weather and is not guaranteed.
  • The calligraphy activity is beginner-friendly — just trace the sample characters.
  • Please arrive on time at your selected meeting point. Your bus and guide are assigned based on that location.
  • The guide has a list of participants for each bus and may not be able to accommodate guests arriving at a different point. Late arrival or going to the wrong location will result in missing the tour, and no refund will be issued.
  • If you want to change or are unsure about your meeting point, contact us at least 2 days before departure.
  • If the tour is canceled due to extreme weather or natural disasters, a full refund will be given.
  • The tour duration and schedule may change without notice due to traffic or other factors.
  • Drop-off is only available in Shinjuku.
