What you can expect

  • Begin your day with a convenient pickup from Ravenna and head to the Apennines Mountains.
    Make a brief stop for an Italian coffee in Imola (optional) and admire its medieval fortress before continuing to the farm-stay restaurant.

    After lunch, say goodbye to Stefano and Alex and all their nice animals and drive along the ancient Via Emilia to Dozza, one of Italy's top 10 villages:
    Dozza is a medieval village, listed among the “Most Beautiful Villages in Italy” and awarded the “Orange Flag” by the Italian Touring Club.
    The town has perfectly preserved its medieval urban layout, with its characteristic spindle shape, and develops within its ancient walls, the highest point of which is the imposing Rocca, now a museum.
    Stroll through the colorful historic center and visit the 14th-century Rocca before returning to Ravenna.
