Discover the culinary tradition of Sardinia by participating in an engaging fresh pasta workshop in the center of Alghero, one of the most fascinating cities on the island.
You will literally put your hands in the dough, learning how to prepare some of the most popular specialties of the Sardinian and Italian tradition, in a real artisanal workshop.
The experience takes place inside a bakery in the center, where you will be warmly welcomed by the owners with a welcome drink, and then be guided step by step in the processing of pasta. We will use traditional techniques to roll out the pastry, prepare the filling and shape different formats, a symbol of Sardinian cuisine.
After processing, the most awaited moment comes: we will enjoy together the dishes prepared during the workshop and we will conclude the evening savoring some traditional digestives, with a final toast as Mediterranean conviviality requires.
