At Aux Pains de Manon, a traditional Parisian bakery — you’ll get hands-on experience preparing bread and croissant dough, learn fascinating facts about iconic French pastries, and gain the know-how to differentiate one baguette from another.

You’ll even learn the difference between bread flours, yeast and sourdough, how to laminate dough, and baguette-shaping techniques. And of course there will be tastings along the way to understand how flavor influences what you create.
