*Please note this is a public walking track. We cannot get any closer to the glacier than the public viewpoint. Our off track/private track & alternative viewpoint access is at the guides discretion depending on the groups ability, weather & track conditions & is not guaranteed.

*Please note we go walking in ALL weather (including some weather warnings) there will be no refund for cancelling on the day if it is heavy rain unless we cancel (ie red rain warning/road closure or DOC closed glacier valley). has a 24 hr cancellation policy.
