Meet your guide at Bar do Arante, a traditional bar in Pântano do Sul, a fisherman neighborhood. Start your hike to the Natural Park of Lagoinha do Leste. Follow your guide as you hike through the Atlantic Forest, which is home to a variety of flora and fauna.

Arrive at the Natural Park of Lagoinha do Leste, where you can take a break to relax and enjoy the beach. Take a refreshing swim in the sea or simply relax on the sand. After your break, hike back to the starting point where your tour concludes.

Things to consider:

• The experience is led by at least one of our team's tour guides, Isaac, Lise and Rafael. All of us are certified regional tour guides;
• The trail is difficult and steep at some points, so you need to be in good psysical shape;
• We will hike approximately 6 km;
• You can choose to go back by boat if the natural conditions allow. The boat service is operated by the local fishermen association and their prices may vary. The boat ride is NOT included.
