Early Departure and Ahead of the Crowds. Most of the groups depart at 11 am, we will be 2 hours before the other boats. First, stop we are off to Playa Balandra, for a short stop (15 min) and photo opportunity and north to Bahia San Gabriel and nesting Greater Frigatebirds. Watch of turtles in the bay! Passing the mazing scenery of this UNESCO World Preserve with stark layers of red, yellow, and black, and mangrove lined crystal blue bays. At the north tip of the Archipelago is Islotes, The Lobera and home to over 1000 Sea Lions we will swim with. (Sept-May, other locations during mating season, June-Aug), watch for whales or pods of dolphins, maybe huge schools of Manta Rays, Lunchtime!
