  • You MUST have been diving within 2 years of your planned dive.
  • You MUST provide the dates of your last dive upon booking. Without these you cannot board the boat.
  • Divers cannot travel above 500 feet altitude within 24 hours of the event.
  • Dive Gear Information. Please provide us the Age Height Weight and Shoe Size. This is required. Without these you cannot board the boat.
  • Diving experience: Please provide Date of most recent Dive, (approximately) Number of lifetime dives, Certification level. This is required. Without these you cannot board the boat.
