Witness Noboribetsu's awe-inspiring Jigokudani, a “Hell Valley” overflowing with steaming vents, healing waters, and vibrant colors. After walking through this Hell Valley, enjoy a leisurely forest walk to the soothing Oyunuma River footbath where you can rest your legs in the warm, mineral-rich waters. Later, you'll be taken to the historic Dai-ichi Takimotokan Hotel, where you can further relax in several of its 35 hot spring baths. Led by an English-speaking guide, this tour starts and ends at Sapporo Station.

This tour will start at Sapporo Station, in front of “MYOMU” (The Circular Stone Structure) at 8 a.m. This circular stone structure is located in front of the doors at the South Exits of the station. Your guide (wearing a Snow Monkey tag) will be there to greet you. We will then catch the train from Sapporo to Noboribetsu.

Jigokudani

At around 10:00 we will arrive at Noboribetsu Station. After a short bathroom break we will board a local bus and head towards Hell Valley. Explore the area with your tour guide followed with a relaxing foot bath at the The Oyunuma River Natural Footbath.

Daiichi Takimotokan

We will make our way to the Noboribetsu Onsen Town where you will be given time to have lunch before experiencing one of the many famous hot springs of this pittoresque town.

All warmed up, we will delve in to the streets of Noboribetsu Onsen and enjoy the atmosphere of this onsen town and visit one of the many local souvenir shops.

Sapporo Station
