There is no better way to get to know a country than through its food. In this exciting 3-hour cooking course you will visit a local market to discover the variety of ingredients available in Peru, and then return to the kitchen to prepare a 4-course meal.

Peru has an enviable culinary reputation and you will be in the company of an expert instructor as you learn how to prepare the entire menu.

  • Lomo Saltado (amazing sautéed beef) or Ají de Gallina (Chicken in yellow bell pepper sauce) - first reserved participant chooses which one
  • Pisco Sour
  • Chocolate Fondue with local seasonal fruits

Upon request, the Pisco Sour can be exchanged for a fresh fruit juice and the meat can be substituted for vegetarian options.
