Follow a marked tourist trail through lush forests, dramatic limestone cliffs, and panoramic viewpoints overlooking the winding river below. Along the way, explore hidden caves tucked into the gorge walls and discover the geology, history, and fascinating local legends of this unique region.

A highlight of the hike is the visit to the Vadu Crișului Waterfall, one of the most beautiful natural attractions in the gorge. Midway, enjoy a traditional outdoor experience — grilling and tasting local bacon (slanina) over an open fire, just like locals do during their mountain hikes. Vegetarian?
