As you enter our property you will immediately experience relaxation from our tranquil setting. Country Manor Acres is our private 53 acre estate and is a destination wedding venue, horseback riding stable and vacation lodging facility with 6 individual rental cabins and our beautiful Country Manor Inn B&B. You will be greeted at our parking area and taken to our Country Manor Inn where you will enjoy our fire ring for roasting marshmallows and making s'mores with a Smoky Mountain sunset as your backdrop. We also provide bottled water. When you are sufficiently stuffed with S'mores, you will be taken on a guided, horse-drawn wagon tour of our farm. At the end of the wagon ride you will be dropped off at our horse stables and invited to watch our nightly "stampede" as we open the pasture gate and the horses stampede back to the barn for dinner. We have bags of grain available to feed and meet our herd of horses while Nicole and Jeff share information about their breeds, care and stories about our horses. After you have sufficiently loved on the horses, you can depart at your leisure and will leave with a renewed love and appreciation for horses and the Smoky Mountains.
