Leave Benitses Marina at 10:00 on a private charter. The first hour is open sea heading south — Corfu's coastline behind you, Paxos ahead.
The west coast of Paxos is where group tours stop at the cliff edge. You go inside. The Blue Sea Caves are cut into the limestone along the shore — vast cathedral-scale chambers where sunlight filters through from below and turns the water electric blue. They're only navigable by small private boat. Your skipper has worked this coastline for years and will take you in.
From the caves, past the Ipapanti rock monolith — a single column of stone rising from the sea — and south to Antipaxos. Voutoumi Beach is the destination: shallow turquoise water, white sand, and the kind of clarity that reads as CGI in photos but is simply the Ionian in July.
Gaios for the afternoon — the Venetian harbour town. Walk the waterfront, sit at a café, explore the narrow streets. Lunch at a taverna in Loggos Bay, the crew books the table.
The return swing takes you through Lakka Bay for a final swim in calm water surrounded by green hills, then back north to Benitses. Home by 18:00.
