Start your day with a transfer from the marina of Tróia to the Portinho da Arrábida. Begin your day with one of the following experiences:

Kayak: Navigate through crystal-clear waters, exploring caves and secret beaches between the Portinho da Arrábida and the Praia de Alpertuche.

Snorkeling: Arrábida is a perfect marine sanctuary for this experience, with reefs and Atlantic coral gardens where you can observe some of the more than 1000 species.

Adventure Circuit: Enjoy horizontal and vertical progressions, and passages in small caves with a unique natural environment.

Coasteering: Progress along a coastline where participants will have to cross rocky and aquatic areas, using techniques such as climbing (easy), swimming, and jumping into the water.

Via Ferrata: A mountain activity that, with a permanently installed safety system on the rocks (steps and steel cables), offers the opportunity to move through spectacular scenery.

Try Scuba Diving: Start with a safety and equipment briefing, followed by a session of adaptation to the aquatic environment, and end with a guided dive to discover this marine sanctuary.

After your morning activity, enjoy a light lunch on the beach at the SnackBar (burgers, pizzas, and salads). Vegan options are available.

In the afternoon, choose between another activity from the morning list or relax in the lounge of Praia do Creiro, including palhotas and sun loungers (pre-reservation required), and 1 liter of Sangria or another drink of equivalent value.

End your day with a return to Tróia, with a tour of the most beautiful bays of Arrábida.
