What you can expect

  • Enjoy a wonderful evening in pleasant company, accompanied by fine French wines and cheese. The reception starts with a crémant or an aperitif (Rivesaltes Ambré 10 years), accompanied by various amuses gueules. Discover the variety of white wines and the perfectly matched cheeses. With the rosé you can expect a fine fennel salami or alternatively (for vegetarians) a mild hard cheese from the French Jura. When you move on to the red wines you can expect country wine, AOP wines and finally a strong, outstanding chateau wine. With the 4 red wines you can taste 5 different AOP cheeses, from mild soft cheese to the intense Camembert de Normandie.
