Welcome to a 2-hour padel taster session at the FeelGoodClub in the heart of the Capital of Culture 2025! It doesn't matter whether you take part alone or with a group of up to 8 people. This experience is ideal for anyone who wants to learn the basics of this dynamic and fun sport.
What you can expect:
Meeting point & start: the activity starts at the FeelGoodClub, where you will be welcomed by our coach. Please be there at least 10 minutes before the start so that we can start on time.
Welcome and introduction: Our padel coach Tommy will give you a warm welcome and explain the basics of padel - from the rules and racket position to the correct movement on the court.
Warm-up & first exercises: We start with a short warm-up before moving straight into playful exercises to develop your feel for the ball and technique.
Fun & games on the court: After the first strokes, it's time for small matches and playful challenges where you can experience the special features of padel up close.
Joint conclusion: At the end, there is a short analysis, tips for improvement and, of course, the opportunity to ask questions.
