Perkara yang anda boleh jangka

The tour lasts about 2 hours.
It starts with meeting my animals (buffaloes and angora goats) in their fields, where you can interact with them and even feed them (the goats are very greedy).
I'll explain my daily work, their way of life, their needs…
Then we'll head to my lab to show you how I make mozzarella and my technique for shaping each of my mozzarellas by hand (they've been named “best mozzarella in France” by François Régis Gaudry).
Finally, I'll let you taste my products, cheeses and black pork charcuterie during a friendly get-together.
