Reaching the island of Capri after about 30 minutes of navigation at moderate speed we will reach the Blue Grotto. In Roman times it served as the private swimming pool of an important villa in the area, today with its play of light it is one of the most visited nature sites in the world. As the site is very crowded in high season we can only stop at certain dedicated departures such as 8am, 8.05am and 3pm. For other departure times it will be possible to stop only if the 'wait to enter will be no more than 30 minutes.
