Furon canyon is one of the most famous canyoning place to go in Vercors, close to Grenoble. This beautiful canyon, with a nice and narrow geological shape is a good option to discover the activity.
You will go down a river abseiling (going down with a rope), jumping, sliding and on rope zip lines.
The canyon is an aquatic canyon with moderate verticals (10m for the highest).
Even if the tour is adapted to full beginners, you need to be a bit sportive and in good shape, as the tour is during 3 hours including 45 min of hiking up to come back at the car.
You need also to be able to swim and confident in water.

  • Dry clothes and towel for the way out
  • Good shoes with laces (running shoes)
  • Waterproof camera if you want (optionnal)
  • Water and a snack for after the trip (optionnal)
