Climb aboard the boat at the pier at Petofi ter, Dock 8, right next to Pest promenade. All the main public transportation options (including the scenic Tram 2) is within 2 minutes of walking. When you prefer a walk around the Parliament before or after the cruise, that is also a short walk (give or take 8 min.).
