Don your protective gear – goggles, shoe covers, poncho, protective overalls – and collect your brushes and three 60 ml skin-friendly, water-based tempera paints. Start by painting on the canvas, unleashing your creativity, and if you run out of space, feel free to smear the walls with colors.

After 45 minutes of chaos and creativity, leave your masterpiece to dry. Collect your finished work a day later, ready to be framed and hung on your wall.
