09:00 AM – Visit the Botanic Garden
Start the day with a refreshing walk through the Botanic Garden, a 40-hectare nature reserve managed by Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park. This lush sanctuary is home to countless plant species, tropical trees, and vibrant wildlife.
Follow forest trails shaded by ancient trees, listen to birdsong, and admire small waterfalls hidden deep in the greenery — a perfect way to awaken your senses and connect with nature before venturing into the caves.

10:00 AM – Explore Paradise Cave
Take a short break, then board an electric tram to the foot of the mountain. From here, enjoy a scenic 40-minute walk through the forest to reach the cave entrance.
At first, the narrow opening may seem modest, but once inside, you’ll be greeted by an enormous underground cathedral — Paradise Cave, with ceilings up to 60 meters high and widths exceeding 100 meters.
Cool air, breathtaking silence, and surreal stalactite formations create a mystical world unlike anything on the surface. Marvel at nature’s craftsmanship: glittering stalactites shaped like flowers, curtains of stone cascading from above, and countless crystal formations glistening under soft light. After around two hours of exploration, return to the parking area with a heart full of wonder and unforgettable memories.

12:30 PM – Lunch Break
Enjoy a delicious local lunch at a restaurant in the park, surrounded by fresh mountain air — the perfect break before continuing your journey.

01:30 PM – Explore Phong Nha Cave
Next, board a traditional dragon boat for a tranquil 30-minute cruise along the emerald Son River. Watch the water reflect the blue sky and limestone cliffs as you gently glide toward Phong Nha Cave, one of the most magnificent river caves in the world. As the boat enters the darkness, the cave unveils a surreal beauty — towering stalactites, mysterious shadows, and shimmering rock formations illuminated by flashlights.
Every turn reveals a new masterpiece of nature: glittering stone curtains, sharp stalagmites, and crystal-like pillars that seem to glow from within.

04:30 PM – Return to Dong Hoi
After exploring Phong Nha Cave, relax in the comfort of Sovaba Travel’s vehicle as we drive you back to Dong Hoi City, passing by peaceful rivers and rural scenery.
