    The following will be tasted:

    • 1 glass of classic method brut rosé (32 months on the lees),
    • 1 glass of Primitivo Puglia IGP,
    • 1 glass of Primitivo di Gioia del Colle PDO,
    • 1 glass of Primitivo di Manduria DOCG naturally sweet wine;
    • Final remarks.

    The wine tasting is accompanied by a food tasting of Apulian cold cuts and cheeses from the Gargano and the Valle d'Itria.

    The duration of the food tasting is 2 hours.

    The food tasting is available by reservation and for a group of up to 10 people.
