What you can expect

In this course we will teach you how to prepare the most traditional and beloved recipes of Catalan cuisine, all plant based!!
From a delicious vegan “fricandó” with mushrooms or how to make an ocean stew, or a sweet almond cream.
The most delicious cuisine you can find in Barcelona, now totally Plant Based but without losing its roots!

Important to know!
The courses will take place from a group size of 4 people.
The recipes will be made and tasted by all the participants, and the number of recipes will depend on the number of participants.
You can purchase a variety of drinks in our location and pay them at the end of the event.
You will receive the recipes per email on PDF the following monday.

“Sobrasada” pastries (cured smoked paprika paste)
Ocean fritters with All i oli

Main dishes:
Seasonal cannelloni with béchamel
“Fricandó” ( mountain seitan stew with mushrooms)
“Suquet de mar” (Catalan ocean stew with daikon)
