We continuously monitor solar wind movements to know when the Northern Lights are at their best. It is recommended to make a reservation for the first day of your arrival. If the forecast for the booked day is poor, we will move the reservation to the next day and so on. If suitable day cannot be found, the payment will be returned. We do not make a trip if the possibilities are impossible. This is how you ensure the best chance to see the Northern lights. We travel by minivans and small groups to make sure that experience is best possible. We recommend to take snack with you for the evening and warm clothes. Winter clothing available for an additional fee of 10€ per person. We are focused to find Northern lights and that is why we do not focus on making campfires and grilling sausages and drinks because it is usually just impossible due to weather and driving :) Duration can be anything between 4-12hr. On the night we can end up anywhere in 400 km range from Rovaniemi.
