Guests will meet one of our guides who will introduce you to the fascinating world of truffles: the varieties, characteristics, seasons, and pairings. You will visit the selection area, where guests will meet the expert selectors, and then move on to the production facility, where we will show you how truffles become small masterpieces in jars. We will then move to the showroom where we will guide you through a food tasting consisting of bruschetta with truffles, Tuscan crostini, pecorino and honey with truffles, game cured meats, and much more, for a tasty and surprising snack/aperitif. All paired with wines from a local winery or, alternatively, craft beers that will make the experience truly memorable.
