Start with a short theory session on land to learn how an eFoil works and the rules for using it the right way. Get familiar with the board, first lying down and then on your knees to approach the flying technique.

When you feel confident enough, start making your first attempts at standing up, always closely assisted by certified instructors. All courses are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and under supervision.
