As part of the second medieval city walls and the hydraulic system of the Eem River, the Gothic structure hides thrilling stories about historic sieges and "wheel-turners" operated by medieval prisons.
Museum Flehite (Pass by)
Continue to stroll along the scenic willow-lined canal which embraces the charming little town and walk by the 16th-century Renaissance Flehite Museum, “floating” on the water and featuring the iconic naughty “White Bear” monument.
Stadhuis Gemeente Amersfoort

Next, pass by the distinguished 17th-century neo-classical Old Town Hall. Built with grey natural stone, its striking façade features a beautiful symmetrical entrance that bears some resemblance to the style of King Louis XVI.
