You will be welcomed on our farm by Valentino and his family, who will guide you towards the exploration of the vegetable garden and the centuries-old farm cared for by his parents, especially his grandmother Maria.
You will have the chance to admire a fabulous landscape, considered by many “the most beautiful in the world”, overlooking the Amalfi coast and our farm with all the cute animals. We will start the class preparing the Tiramisu and sharing the secrets of a perfect recipe. In the meantime you will taste a good wine produced on our farm. We will then prepare the fresh pasta using only products from our garden. Finally we prepare the mozzarella using the milk of our “Bianca” cow. You will have a lot of fun preparing your favorite dishes! Finally we will taste everything we have produced together!
