We booked a windowless room since we were only staying 2 nights and the room rate was great. Staff were friendly and the free breakfast was good. The only negative was the bed we had which was VERY firm. Felt like sleeping on a wooden box with a thin mattress pad. Didn’t get much sleep and when we wanted to rest after breakfast, there was construction going on. Sounded like it was on the other side of the room wall. Drilling, hammering, very noisy and disruptive. Odd to be doing such heavy work on a Saturday morning. Overall, not a terrible experience. Pool was great but small, with shaded areas.

Ottimo: posizione e colazione Pessimo: pulizia e reception, avevamo la conferma di hotels.com, chiedevano quella dell Hotel, non volevano accettarci. Abbiamo trovato molti capelli nella doccia e pavimento sempre sporco nella camera.

A MUST visit
We absolutely loved the Cochin zen! We were only going to stay for one night but extended it for four. The staff went above and beyond for us including surprising me with a birthday cake when I never even told them it was my birthday! Our phones hardly worked while there so they were more than happy to help us make dinner reservations. The room was also stunning. We did the Cochin signature and everything about it was gorgeous. From the large walk in shower, to the king sized bed and the bathtub on the balcony. We will absolutely stay here again!!!

Expensive for what it is
We choose a window less room as we just had a short night at the hotel. When we arrived the room smelt horrible and they’re was a cockroach int je bathroom. They changed us room but still for 100€ the quality was poor.

What a lovely hotel, compact with good size rooms. Beautiful individually painted hallways. Awesome attention to detail. Pool a bit small , disappointing. Perfectly centred near Banh Tanh market.

是一間很有格調的酒店,設施很漂亮,可惜淋浴只有一半間隔,洗澡後洗手間會被弄濕並在浴缸邊積水,亦可能因此太潮濕,在浴缸邊發現一些走得很快的小昆蟲,不太理想。早餐款式及味道還可以,唯一不可錯過的是牛肉湯河,是在越南住了三間酒店之中最美味的。還有的是,餐廳員工都十分有禮,服務很好

5 days stay in Ho Chi Minh city
Good location and friendly staffs. The bath tub shower in room 402 build too high from the ground and unsafe to get out with a slipping wet floor. We also have replaced the card keys 3 times due to the mechanical issues with the door lock.

jaccuzi lack hot water. Room lack of tissue paper. Room not fully sound proof. Tv channel lack of international channel. Breakfast no top up of food. Overall alright but expensive with the facilities not fully useable.

One of the worst experiences ever.
The hotel was not up to the standard, I was sold a faulty product and I even tried to check out early. There was a sound issue with the air conditioner (the Hotel knew about it) which was not reported before the check-in, consequently forced us to move to 2 different rooms. The room was not clean and it was very dusty. Sound travels easily between the walls. Manager refused to refund for early check-out and refused to meet me in person to resolve this issue.There were other smaller issues but overall, not an enjoyable experience. I will not be staying here again.

Property was great. Nice staff as well. Breakfast was good. Only two complaints. The steam room seemed to not be working a few of the days and my Expedia VIP status was not recognized which was a reason I booked the hotel.

Staffs are very nice and polite. Cozy Room facility, breakfast line was good, and the most advantage will be hotel location! Recommended!
