Staff helpful with making reservations for restaurants and finding the right UBER destination locations for sugar loaf hill and Christ the redeemer. Outside staff opens doors for our UBER departing and arriving. The rooms are clean and cool. The breakfast is truly exceptional with a wide variety of regular breakfast items, fruits and juices. "The rooms were great... the feel of the hotel was fantastic, the staff were all amazing. Given the chance, we would definitely stay there again. We have a family of 5, and the way they set up the adjoining rooms was a perfect solution. The pool was a bit small and super cold, but we did visit during their winter... and the views from the pool deck were pretty fantastic. "
