"I have stayed here a few times before. Unfortunately breakfast did not meet expectations this morning - there was a wait for my omelette (not too worried about that) but when it arrived it contained eggshell, not pleasant. Up at the pool this morning there is a chimney and I was covered in small pieces of ash coming from the chimney The staff are great and cannot do enough for you except for the check-in staff who are most unhelpful"

"We only stayed about 6 hours here while we waited for our flight, but we found the hotel to be a comfortable place to wait! Our room was very clean and spacious and we ordered room service and it was delivered promptly! Great hotel if you are flying in or out of Nairobi!"

"No responses to messages from the property at all, we got delayed by a traffic accident and weren’t even allowed to check in because it was after 4pm. Very disappointing"

"The service was out of this world. The reception staff was phenomenal. Always smiling, always helpful, extremely understanding. The breakfast buffet was diverse, varied, and excellent !!! The rooms were very comfortable and very accommodating. Highly recommended. Would definitely repeat it again"
