"Kids & I enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Staff were attentive and responsive when engaging with our inquiries. Only feed back I have for improvement is the issue with the washroom ventilation system. There seems to be no venting fan and the washroom smelt of urine, stale air and a bit fishy at times, even when only te shower was used all day. Not sure how to remedy this as this is also a new building (2025). Maybe a scent Managment system?"

"We stayed 2 nights and 3 days on the cruise, the ship was beautiful and new. The room was spacious with the biggest bed I have ever seen, we also had a balcony with a table and chairs so we could sit and watch the amazing view. I think the best part of our trip with Tulip Cruise was the friendly and kind staff. Denny took us on our excursion on day 2 and he was funny charming and very polite. Having him as our guide definitely made the day better. Sarah who was at the reception for most of our trip was also amazing. She was so helpful every time we needed something or had a silly question. I don’t think I ever saw her without a beautiful smile on her face and she also made our trip memorable. Marcus our butler was very friendly and helpful, always pandering to our needs, nothing ever seemed like too much. Thank you Sam and Chris"

"The most beautiful, well finished hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was a great size, staff so pleasant and helpful and the amenities top class. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The views here Ha Long Bay are an added bonus and the hotel ensure the beach area is kept pristine and clean. 10/10"

"We all liked the spacious rooms which had all the facilities needed. It also was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. You could not fault the staff who were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had an evening meal in the restaurant. The menu had plenty of choices Vietnamese and Western food. We all chose Vietnamese dishes and they were delicious. Also the prices were not that expensive. Plenty of choices at buffet breakfast again Vietnam and Western food. Price included in room rate. Would definitely recommend and stay there if we were in HaLong Bay."

"This was one of my absolute favorite hotels Ive ever stayed at. The staff was beyond helpful but also not pushy. They had a quiet but comforting presence and treated their guests with great care. The rooms and grounds were spectacular, the food was great. Bavo FLC grand golf resort and spa we made a great choice staying with you!!"
