Nice overall, but cold room
"Other than my room, the hotel was really nice. The conference rooms were comfortable. The pool areas and beach were beautiful. My room was just ok. I could see a gap at the bottom of the door. Fortunately, I didn't see any bugs entering the room. There was a stain on one of the towels. I was cold ..."
