Very nice room, amenities, and breakfast. The property and room looked like they were recently renovated. Walking distance from restaurants, shops, and IU campus. We would stay there again.

IU Biddle Hotel
Good for a quick stay over to explore the college. Long term I would make other arrangements. For the price it does represent good value.
