"Loved our rooms, spacious and very clean! Loved our cleaning staff! Two lights blinked continuously but I guess I was too lazy to call! Elevators sooo slow but just get used to it! Loved the breakfast everyday, what a way to start the day, Hawaiian coffee! Microwave a real issue! Food trucks great, loved Dominos in The building! Great place !"

"I didn't get the name of the guy working the valet parking on 5.25.24 at check out time- but he was super kind with service, clearly protects the lot and is dependable with follow through, friendly with going above and beyond. Maybe promote this one! I only stayed here one night but the one thing that stood out to me was actually my valet experience since I wanted dependable in and out parking privilege and I really don't usually do valet. The room I had appeared dated and sort of had a damp...

"It's an old hotel being built in 1964. Our room was spacious and the ac worked well to combat the heat and humidity. There was no daily house cleaning and we had to ask for fresh towels. Valet parking was $45/night with in/out privileges. That's steep on top of tipping attendant each time you retrieve car. Location of hotel is convenient for walking to Ala Moana center and to Waikiki. "

"The property is right in Waikiki and easy to get to. The front desk was very helpful and I was lucky enough to check in early. Room was clean and neat for the most part, a little dusty by the lamps but that’s fine. Bathroom was clean and had plenty amenities to use. Overall had a great experience would choose this hotel again for a stay."
