Beautiful decor and possibly the best service we've ever had at a hotel. The room was also gorgeous, but on the small side, but that's usually what you should expect in great locations in old European cities. "

"I loved the style, and comfort of the junior suite we had. Huge balcony with comfy loungers and 8th floor, so a good view. The spaces in the hotel are very chic. A little bit of a struggle to get to Gothic district, but if that's not your priority, this is absolutely perfect"

"Staff and location was great. Breakfast was included but they had limited hot options. The rooms were quirky. It was an open concept for the bathroom except for toilet. The shower sits in the open which is strange. The lighting was also poor over the sink as the walls are black and provides little lighting when shaving or putting on makeup. Also if someone wants to use the bathroom when another is sleeping, it does not work"
