Overall we had an amazing stay. Friendly welcome, all staff were super lovely and helpful, really can tell they enjoy working there and it makes it a great place to be. I usually don’t spend much time in my hotels when I travel, but I went out of my way to make the make most of the facilities and atmosphere here. They make amazing caipirinhas at the bar as well. Rooms were immaculate, very current and well equipped. Smart tv’s in room and also having fridge were a great features that not every hotel has but really makes it feel like home. Great location, tram stops right outside and there’s a S-Bahn station within 5 minutes walk, plus a Spar and a few takeaways. My only one suggestion would be to perhaps streamline the check-in process. I had to provide quite a lot of information on a tablet which was not ideal after being tired from hours of travelling. Perhaps there could be a way to provide my information in advance to speed up the process? Overall an amazing stay, truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed and easily the best in terms of value for money. Definitely recommend!

Loved the apartment. Lots of space and storage. Only down side is that this is not within walking distance to the sites of the city of Vienna.

Hotel is right on a Tram line that gets you into central Vienna. Not much in the way of dining options in the area, but hop thw tram. Make sure to buy a pass to use. The hotel bar staff is friendly and it has a good vibe.

Bartender was very friendly, I cant remember his name, but he's from Brasilia. And the check-in was easy and Mayu was very helpful. They even held my bags after checkout for me while I took a day trip free of charge. Definitely will look for Rioca hotels in the future

The room was very clean and it was a lot bigger than in the pictures which was great, the staff was super helpful with checking in and out. The tram station was a minute away so it was very easy to get to city centre.

Our stay here was amazing. The staff was amazing, the hotel was very clean and cute. They had a bar and breakfast buffet too. Its away from the main district but only a 20 min walk to prater amusement park, and very walkable to all other areas.

Great little hotel. Room was plenty big for our family of four. The train station was only about a 5 minute walk and the tram to take you into the city was just right across the hotel. Loved the check in process as well, everything done over the tablet in the lobby and fortunately our room was ready way before we expected which was helpful after a long travel day. Would stay here again.

We stayed here for over a week in December and had a great time. We can’t wait to come back! Location is next to public transport. Good views from the high balcony. Free coffee. Lovely bar. Smoking ok on balcony providing you clean up after yourself. Comfortable double bed with TV at the end of the bed. Shower is very powerful. Adjustable heating. Pharmacy across the street. Supermarket only a 5 minute walk. Anytime anything was needed, reception were more than happy to help. The tram noise is very small and nothing to worry about. Infact, hearing the tram made me want to get on it and explore the city some more! Thank you for a perfect stay and we hope to see you again soon

Lovely place to stay in Vienna
Lovely hotel which offers apartment style rooms which are open plan but include sitting and kitchenette area which includes a sink and dishwasher. Even a swing attached to the ceiling! Great Brazilian theme Free coffee available all day for free and a good value breakfast for a small premium. Although we were there in December there was access to the balcony and the roof area. On the tram no 2 route and just a short walk from the S7 train directly from Vienna airport

Perfect accommodation for a stay in Vienna
I loved this hotel and would recommend it highly to my friends and family. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the accommodation was awesome! The room was fully equipped with everyone one could need, and transit to the city centre and the airport was close by and easy.

Fantastic hotel
This might be one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The room was incredibly comfortable, very well thought out, and had everything I needed for my stay. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The hotel is well located - it’s a little out of the centre, but close to both the streetcar and the S-Bahn and you can be in the centre within 10-15 minutes. I’d recommend getting the S7 from the airport rather than the CAT - it’s cheaper and it’s a direct train. My only issue was the room was supposed to be cleaned every 3 days. I stayed for 7 days, and the room was only cleaned on day 2.

My room was spacious, with a kitchenette, and a work desk. There is a roof-top terrace open to all guests, a laundromat, and free coffee available all day. Nice place.

Great hotel and staff
The staff at this hotel were excellent from Larissa during the day and Renata in the evening. Both ladies assisted us with dinner suggestions, which trams to take to wherever we were going, which bar to go to watch the US national football games. We also needed a pharmacy on a Sunday and Larissa researched it until she found which one was open. Renata also assisted me when I accidentally locked myself out of my room. They deserve gold stars. Highly recommend this hotel.

Overall the stay was ok. Breakfast is very limited, everyday day is the same menu so long stays are not recommended. Cleaning should be done at least every 2 days, especially if they only give you 1 bath towel. Cleaning service needs improvement, they never took away dirty plates from my room.

Very accommodating staff, rooms were spacious and new. Few things you should know. The hotel is adjacent to a train station so expect to be woken up multiple times by passing trains, no air conditioning is avaliable, room service is upon demand only, rooms have no toiletries

The room design was absolutely fabulous BUT I specifically requested a non-smoking room which we didn’t get. The room was heavily stinky from tobacco the pillows smelled sweat from weeks was not a pleasant stay at all Hopefully in the future they pay attention to details I will not book there again !

This was the perfect property for us. The reception staff was excellent - knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. The kitchenette had everything we needed - 2 sets of utensils and dishes, can opener, corkscrew, vegetable peeler, some pots and pans, a stovetop, large fridge, and a convection/microwave oven. Easy walk to SPAR grocery store. Short walk to #2 tram which took us to major sights. The only minor thing was we could not get the coffee machine in the room to work. The cups were too big and the pods didn’t seem to fit. As there was a terrific machine in the lobby that provided a variety of coffee drinks 24 hours a day, this was only a minor inconvenience. We were so impressed we immediately made note of properties in the group for stays in other cities.

Spacious room with kitchenette. Comfy bed & clean bathroom. Free coffee making through out the day at breakfast area. Counter staff Maju did my checkin & checkout and she was efficient & friendly. Highly recommended. Sure definitely i will comeback to this hotel when i am in Vienna again.

Excellent room w kitchen and all appliances, very convenient. We loved that we could do our laundry after 3 weeks travelling. Recommend staying in D floor. Limited choice for breakfast.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. Located on the number 2 tram route made it very easy to get into the centre of town for all the sites. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was lovely. My only things for improvement are there was just one chair on the balcony which is nonsensical for a room for two and the kitchen didn’t really have anything to enable it to be functional eg there is a hob but no pans.

SUPER CUTE boutique-y hotel with a fun hostel type of vibe. The rooms are HUGE and I loved having a full kitchen. Unfortunately when I arrived there were several clumps of hair on the floors and some on the linens that were definitely not mine. Very sustainable hotel so you only get one bath towel, one hand towel, and one small duvet per person. The duvet was barely big enough for just me. Also the floors are hard and the area rug slides around with nothing to keep it in place, I nearly fell multiple times just walking through the room. The laundry facilities are nice BUT the app required is tricky to use (and the laundry room is nearly a dead zone for WiFi) and the minimum amount you can load into the app for using machines is $20, with no option to refund the unused amount once you’re finished if you don’t use it all. Breakfast each day was good, train and tram stations are very close.

This property was amazing to stay at. As a solo traveller, i really appreciated the staff friendliness and reccomendations. The breakfast buffet is great to start your day. It is really easy to get to the tourist attractions either via transit or by walking (the tram is RIGHT across the street).

Excellent stay at Rioca Posto 1. The room was fantastic, warm and quiet with fridge freezer coffee machine and everything needed for cooking if someone wants to . The location is perfect just a few stops away from the centre by tram or train from Traisengasse. There are laundry facilities which is great for a long stay. They are also offering breakfast for around 12 euro/pp and free coffee whichis a nice touch. Definitely recommended.

Excellent long weekend at this hotel - the rooms are big and spacious, even with a little kitchen. The location is good, right next to the train station and tram stop in central Vienna. The staff were absolutely superb - overall a great hotel with a lovely relaxed atmosphere
