Excellent location, clean, close proximity to everything. Only down fall, the AC was not working properly and got a bit hot at night. It was raining and it was nice they offered umbrellas for guest. I didn’t know how important this was until I got to Florence and the hotel had no umbrellas for guests and had to buy one.

Nice boutique hotel with a salon for guests offering free snacks and drinks after 11am. Lovely window seats in each of the rooms. Great central location to shopping, dining and subway. TV’s are old and do not support Netflix’s.

Everything was good. However, temperature in a room was too high. I tried to regulate- with no success. Asked for help- and a lady from a reception came, did the same what I have done - with the same result

Conveniently located. Lovely room, friendly and helpful staff. Really liked the window and people watching on the Main Street. Close to all local sites and I would book again. Only one downfall, the walls were quite thin. Couldn’t hear outside but could hear the neighbours having adult time.

Topazz. Exellent bathroom, stylish cosy room, very good location, helpfull stuff. Taxi stand 20m from the door. Albertina and Opera 12 min by foot, Cathedral 3 min by foot. Very good overall!

The hotel is centrally located and an easy walk to many museums and shops. The staff were helpful and friendly. There is no gym or restaurant but they do offer a great breakfast. My room was clean and well-designed, with a large bathroom with a great hairdryer. The window seating is fun, with a good view of the streets below. Perfect hotel for groups or couples.

Lovely hotel
The hotel is very well located about 3 min walk to the center. The Staff was more then Friendly and helpful to us since my mom was sick. They did everything in there power to feal at home. The rooms are very nice decorated and so is the bathroom. All over i highly recommend. The only thing that i will choose next time is a bigger room du to large bagged.

Great location but hotel is tired. There's a basement/dungeon where you can get free coffee/wine etc. which is OK but the hotel CLOSED its roof-top bar which was the whole point we chose this hotel. We were not informed. Also, I specifically asked for a double bed but we were given 2 x single beds.

Great location and view!
My mom and I loved our stay here and only wish it was longer! There are two buildings across the street from each other. We were in the one across the street from check-in. It felt safe enough with needing key access to the building and then to the rooms on each floor, despite not having a hotel staff member there. Our room was spacious and we really appreciated the robes and slippers that were provided. Our view was incredible, and we were so close to everything.

This hotel is perfectly located to explore the city of Vienna. All the staff are so friendly, helpful and offer a fantastic customer service. Excellent and plentiful breakfast again with great service from their team. Their daily lounge facility with complimentary tea, coffee and wine, biscuits and chocolate was extremely generous and a very pleasant surprise. The complimentary VIP room upgrade and bottle of wine was also very special. Thank you

Lovely 3 night stay
Great stay, we was on Lamee side. Rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable. Service was very good. Great central location just around the corner from St Stephens. Easy to reach from the support by train and 15 in walk. We didn’t have breakfast as was €29pp per night!! But we found a lovely cafe that did a traditional English breakfast for €10 called Cafe Englander 5 min walk away.

Unfortunately this hotel didn't live up to expectations and if I had my choice again I would have choosen a different hotel. When I originally booked through Expedia the hotel advertised limited room service and a bar/rooftop bar. On arrival we were informed the bar is undergoing renovation and is now closed and they do not provide room service. On our second day unfortunately housekeeping didn't make the beds at all despite us being out of the hotel room from 0900 -2100. The air conditioning in the room did not work for the duration of our stay and unfortunately on our final night we had a drunken couple fighting and arguing from 23:00 - 03:30, dispite calling the reception and telling them what was going on no one bothered to sort it out, instead allowing it to continue and leaving us feeling very unsafe for the rest of the stay. Staff are very friendly here and the hotel is very clean and in a great location for exploring the city but for the price you pay you can almost definitely get a better overall service in a number of different hotels very close by.

Hotel Topazz and Lamee provided excellent customer service. The staff was very pleasant and polite. The morning breakfast was excellent. Our signature suite was over the top beautiful. We had a wonderful stay in Vienna and would highly recommend this hotel.

Positive: Staff was excellent. Great central location. Rooms spacious and clean. Negative: Rates were significantly higher than Expedia quoted rates. Over €120 a night higher. Check-in was excruciatingly slow. Pillows were terrible. No. I mean there might as well not been any. Bedding duvet was not long enough for mattresses. Reception located in another building across the street was very awkward.

Great location, very easy to walk to St. Stephan's Cathedral and the opera house. There are restaurants near by. The room was a decent size considering it's in Europe, but the curtains were a little dirty. Some of it felt outdated, but overall I had a good stay.

Best thing is city centre location. Rooms and facilities feel dated. A premium rate for a basic hotel. Website picture is misleading, there’s no roof terrace. Overall mildly disappointed.

We were disappointed that the rooftop bar & lounge was closed! The rooftop restaurant above Topazz was also closed. We had to go outside the hotel for a drink at a bar & something to eat. I always like to have room service as an option and there was none. I always like to sit at the hotel bar to watch the people but this hotel didn’t have that.
