He works at the front desk) everyone was very friendly, the continental breakfast was expansive and included a lot of food for 15 euros each and we actually found that we preferred the restaurant food at the hotel far more than many of the restaurants we tried in the city and it's much less expensive. "When they were there the staff we met were very helpful and friendly. We had a nice breakfast prepared each day. The room was comfortable and clean. Initial access to the room was stressful needing to be there by a specific time and no way in the building outside those hours. But once we were there we enjoyed our stay. There is also a great Gelatoria close by we went to everyday."
